چکیده

The common rail pressure of a marine diesel engine high-pressure system is typically controlled by PID (Proportional Integral Differential) algorithm, which has problems with both overshoot and response delay. In this paper, the control method based on object model for studied. established within controller. Through developed current actual obtained real-time acquisition, variables issued controller to are predicted calculated. fuel supply required in whole calculated advance, then taken as input value driving order calculate PWM signal oil pump. A used proportional valve opening pump, pipe. verify correctness effects strategy model, simulation been combining calculation equations MAP data query, ensures performance. At same time, shows that error between simulation’s test less than 5%, thus accuracy guaranteed. combined function, effect compared control. Comprehensive verification can significantly improve delay

ESO-based iPI Common Rail Pressure Control of High Pressure Common Rail Injection System

This paper presents an ESO-based iPI control for common rail pressure. First, a detailed mathematical model of High Pressure Common Rail Injection System (HPCRIS) is built. The mathematical model is validated by the software Matlab and commercial software AMESim. For the considered HPCRIS, an effective model free controller which is called Extended State Observer based intelligent Proportional ...

Modelling of a Diesel Engine Common Rail Injection System

This paper is devoted to the modelling of a Diesel Common Rail Injection System. The objective is twofold : to build a simulator which will be used later for the rail pressure control scheme validation, and to get linearized models for control design. A mathematical model, based on physical equations is developed and used as a simulator. Then time responses of the rail pressure of a real engine...

Numerical investigation the effect of accumulator on reducing the ‎pressure waves in a common rail fuel injection system of diesel engine

Pressure fluctuations during fuel injection are one of the factors that negative effect on performance of diesel engine. These fluctuations are caused by the rapid opening and closing of the nozzles and the creation of pressure waves in the fuel rail. One way to control these pressure fluctuations is to change the injector design and use an accumulator in the injector. This study is performed t...

Numerical and experimental investigation of common rail fuel injection system and evaluating influence of fuel pressure on injection characteristics and pressure fluctuations

The combustion processes, engine performance, fuel consumption, exhaust-gas composition, and combustion noise in the diesel engine are closely linked to appropriate mixture of air-fuel in combustion chamber. The fuel-injection parameters such as injection start point, discharge rate curve, injection time and injection pressure are defined by the quality of the mixture formation. The numerical m...
